Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Frog of War mobile game and this website, together operated by PixeLogic (collectively, the "Application"). PixeLogic is referred to below as "we", "us", or the "Service Provider".

By downloading, signing into, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you play.

Who May Play

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher age of digital consent that applies where you live, to use the Application. If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use.

By using the Application you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

Your Account

You sign in with a Google account. Your game progress is tied to that account, so keeping it secure is your responsibility. We are not able to restore progress lost because someone else gained access to your Google account.

The Application permits one active session per account. Signing in on a second device may end your session on the first.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the game, or from the account page on this website. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and purchases do not carry over to a new account.

Licence to Use the Application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Application on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, for as long as you comply with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, or attempt to extract its source code or assets, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

Purchases and Virtual Items

The Application is free to download and play. It also offers optional purchases, including Eggnite and the Battle Pass, processed by Google Play Billing under Google's terms. We do not handle your payment details.

Eggnite, Gold, Frogments, frogs, traits, and every other in-game item are virtual items licensed to you for use inside the Application. They are not your property, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, and may not be sold, traded, or transferred outside the Application.

The Hatch is a randomised feature: spending Eggnite gives you a chance at the frogs in the current banner's pool, not a guaranteed result. The probability of each rarity is shown in the game on the banner's details screen before you spend anything. Please read it before you buy.

Purchases are final and non-refundable except where refunds are required by law or by Google Play's refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Google Play in the first instance.

We may change the price, contents, or availability of items, adjust game balance, and add or retire features, banners, and events. We may also change or discontinue an item you have already bought where that is necessary for game balance or for legal or technical reasons. Where we do so and the change is significant, we will announce it on the in-game notice board. Virtual items are lost if your account is deleted or terminated, and no compensation is owed for them.

Battle Pass and Seasons

The Battle Pass runs in seasons, on the same schedule as the Underground Arena season. Please read this section before buying the Premium Pass.

A Battle Pass belongs to the season you bought it in and does not carry over. When a season ends:

• Your Battle Pass level and experience reset to zero.
• Any reward you have unlocked but not yet claimed, on either the free or the Premium track, is forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• Premium Pass ownership ends. A new season starts you on the free track, and buying the Premium Pass again is a separate purchase at the usual price.
• Benefits tied to owning the Premium Pass, including the removal of adverts, end with it.

Claim your rewards before the season ends. The game shows how long a season has left and warns you as the end approaches, but it is your responsibility to claim in time, and we cannot restore rewards that expired unclaimed.

Because the Premium Pass is priced for a full season, buying it late in a season leaves less time to earn and claim its rewards, and no part of the price is refunded or carried forward for the time remaining. Consider how much of the season is left before you buy.

We may change the length of a season, its reward track, or the price of the Premium Pass for future seasons. Changes are announced on the in-game notice board and never reduce rewards already claimed.

Fair Play

The Application includes competitive features. To keep them fair, you agree not to:

• Use modified clients, emulators configured to cheat, automation, bots, or scripts
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors rather than reporting them
• Interfere with the game's servers, security rules, or purchase verification
• Buy, sell, trade, or transfer accounts or in-game items for real money
• Share an account with someone else, or use another person's account
• Access the Application other than through the official app or this website

Currency, items, or ranking obtained through any of the above may be removed without compensation.

Nicknames and Player-Submitted Text

The Application does not host chat, messaging, uploads, or public posts. The only text you provide is your nickname, which other players can see on the leaderboard and in battle records, and the support messages you send us, which only we can read.

You agree that your nickname will not be unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, impersonate another person, or infringe anyone's rights. The same applies to support messages.

We may change or reset a nickname that breaches this, and suspend or terminate the account behind it. You keep whatever rights you have in the text you provide, and grant us permission to display your nickname within the Application as the game requires.

To report a nickname or any other conduct, email thepixelogicdev@gmail.com with the player ID concerned. We will review reports and act where appropriate.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Where the breach can be put right, we will tell you what the problem is and give you 14 days to fix it before terminating.

We may suspend or terminate immediately and without notice where you break the law, infringe someone's intellectual property, cheat, commit fraud, or act in a way that could harm other players, our systems, or us. Where we suspend an account, the game shows the reason on screen.

If you believe a suspension was a mistake, email thepixelogicdev@gmail.com and we will review it and give you our reasons. On termination, your licence to use the Application ends, your virtual items are forfeited, and you should delete the Application from your devices.

Advertising

The Application shows adverts supplied by Google AdMob. Rewarded adverts are optional and you choose whether to watch one. We are not responsible for the content of third-party adverts, or for anything you buy from an advertiser.

Connectivity, Devices, and Availability

The Application needs an internet connection for sign-in, saving, purchases, and competitive features. Your mobile network operator's terms and charges still apply, including data roaming charges if you play outside your home region. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission.

We cannot be responsible for the Application not working because of a lack of connectivity, an exhausted data allowance, a flat battery, or a device problem.

We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Doing so can expose it to malware, compromise its security, and may stop the Application from working correctly or at all.

We may update the Application, and you may need to install updates to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be compatible with your device or operating system version, and we may stop supporting older versions. We may also stop providing the Application, in which case your licence ends and you should delete it from your devices. Where we plan to shut the game down, we will give reasonable notice on the in-game notice board.

Intellectual Property

The Application and everything in it — the code, the artwork, the frog characters and their designs, the music and sound, the story and text, and the Frog of War and PixeLogic names and logos — belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

These Terms grant you no right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice in the Application.

You are welcome to record, stream, and share videos and screenshots of your own play, including monetised videos on platforms such as YouTube, provided you do not present the content as official or imply we endorse it, and do not use it to distribute the Application's assets separately from your own commentary or gameplay.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, or that any defect will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost virtual items, or business interruption, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Application in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law. Because the Application is free to download, that may be a small amount or nothing at all.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us and our officers, employees, and agents against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your deliberate misuse of the Application.

This does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence, our breach of these Terms, or our violation of applicable law. Where consumer indemnification is restricted by law, this clause applies only to the extent permitted.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, where the Service Provider is established, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Disputes will be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Before starting any formal dispute, please email thepixelogicdev@gmail.com. Most problems are quicker to solve that way.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions stay in full force.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Application, and replace any earlier agreement or understanding.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date, and material changes will be announced on the in-game notice board. Continuing to use the Application after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using the Application and delete your account.
